Yes. We co-ordinate the kitchen fit-out, extract, drainage and services with the catering specialists so the back-of-house is commissioned and working alongside the front-of-house.

Yes. Public-area works can run as a phased package, with separation and access managed so the rest of the hotel keeps trading around them.

Yes. Specialist joinery, stone, feature lighting and bespoke finishes are installed to the detail the designer and brand signed off, with the trades to match.
